The 2011-2012 Federal Financial Aid year begins July 1, 2011,
and ends June 30, 2012. To apply for financial aid in the 2011-2012
Federal Financial Aid year, complete the following steps.
- Request a catalog
and admissions application.
- Submit an admissions
application to CSHA. Students must submit an application
for admission to the school before their financial aid file
will be processed. If you have questions regarding the admissions
application or admissions procedures please contact
the admissions office.
Financial Aid Checklist
- Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) — Complete
the 2011-2012 FAFSA to be considered for all Federal Aid Programs
available at CSHA. Return the completed form with the additional
forms listed below to the CSHA Financial Aid Office.
- CSHA Application for Financial Aid — List ALL post-secondary
institutions that you have attended and the dates you attended
them. These may be verified.
- A signed copy of 2010 Federal tax return — CSHA requires
all students to submit a copy of their official Federal tax
return. Dependent students must also submit a signed copy of
their parents' 2010 official Federal tax return.
- Other forms required for processing your financial aid application.
