Course Description

This course will define the fundamentals of Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Included is an introduction to the history of Lymphatic Drainage Massage, anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system and contraindications. Students will identify and apply the specific hand movements required for all aspects of Lymphatic Drainage. They will demonstrate competency in applying lymphatic drainage sequences to the face, neck, arms, upper torso, lower torso and legs.
