 Admissions Policy

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. No discrimination is made with regard to creed, color, sex, or national origin.

All students wishing to enroll into a program must submit a completed application, a copy of your high school diploma or transcript or GED. Upon receipt of your completed application you will be contacted by the Director of Admissions to schedule your financial interview and complete your enrollment process.

Students are selected based on integrity, physical ability (lifting may be expected in the Massage Therapy Programs), emotional maturity, commitment to and ability to complete the training program.

 Admission Fees

Federal Financial Aid is available to those who qualify.

Submitted applications must include a $50 Application / Enrollment fee for each certificate program and the AOS Massage Therapy Degree program. The Application / Enrollment fee is refundable under the following conditions:

1. non-acceptance into the program; or
2. a written request to withdraw within three (3) days after notification of acceptance into the CSHA program.

Receipt of fees does not signify acceptance into program.

Enrollment/Transfer Fees (CSHA Students & Grads)

With the exception of the AOS Degree Program there is a $50 transfer fee for students to transfer hours from one program to another. Students transferring quarter credit hours into the AOS Degree Program will be charged $10 per quarter credit hour.

Transfer Fee (New Students)

Transfer fee for hours from an accredited and state approved school will be $1 per clock hour for CSHA Massage Certificate Programs.
Students transferring into the AOS Degree Program will be charged $10 per quarter credit hour and $15 per semester credit hour.

 Open Enrollment

CSHA programs are setup on an open enrollment basis. You may enroll any time during any quarter, throughout a scheduled school year. Programs start at the beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Students meeting entry level and financial requirements will be enrolled on a first-come-first-serve basis. When classes are filled, students will be placed on a waiting list.
